4. Get a Good Nights Sleep
Another critical component to smashing some huge weights is to be well rested! Nowadays too many people are sleep deprived and even though some people need to cut out sleep, most people just stay too late on their computer and phone doing unimportant things, rather than getting some solid rest. To keep it simple, shoot for 6-8 hours of sleep a night (more than that can negatively impact your performance), and make sure to drink a full glass of water once you wake up to kickstart your metabolism. Remember, sleep is a HUGE variable when it comes to training and working out since it's the time in which your body grows and rejuvenates, so you need to make it a priority!
